Established in 1970 the company will be celebrating it's 40th anniversary in the production of precision machined turned parts on 9th April, 2010.
The factory encompasses 14,500 square foot of floor space on the 1/2 acre site. The company currently employs 52 personnel on a day and night shift basis in the manufacture of precision machined parts primarily for the aerospace, oil industry and mining industry where the use of exotic materials such as Berillium Copper, Inconel, Titanium and Duplex Steels are common place.
We have vast experience of all materials using a variety of machining techniques and are pleased to quote for or offer manufacturing advice for any part. We are fully equipped to produce a wide range of parts from unions and blocks to complex valves & assemblies in batch sizes of 1 off to 10,000 off. We supply a complete service including full material traceability and advice on design for manufacturing including all associated processes. Including all treatments using approved process suppliers for all treatments.
Over the years we have gained a wide range of experience working within the oil industry sector, machining difficult materials such as Berillium Copper, Inconel, Titanium, Toughmet, and Duplex Steels.
The manufacturing facility is matched with a fully equipped inspection department with the latest Axiom CMM and Baty Shadowmaster. There is also a fully equipped deburring and component assembly facility.
All types of materials are machined to the tightest of tolerances and it is the company's objective to remain at the forefront of the precision machining market.
